Responsibilities

  • Help others: Provide continuous support to the developed applications
  • Support the team: Maintain the code base for the projects that are assigned
  • Keep management updated: Communicate to your peers and managers promptly as and when required.
  • Enable the workforce: Develop web applications using Delphi technologies; work on bug fixes/issues that arise in the production environment and resolve them at the earliest

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Technology/Computing

Experience Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience as a technical author/developer; experience of developing using .NET (C#, ASP, Razor, MVC4), -Delphi, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery

  • Have excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Have proven experience of successful delivery of multiple projects
  • Be reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities
  • Be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations
  • Have good knowledge in working with Word, Adobe Acrobat and other documentation and presentation tools
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, constructive, and professional manner to non-technical users
