Responsibilities

  • Empower the workforce: Create, facilitate, and revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
  • Define Sutherland’s reputation: Drive the partnerships of our clients - both internal and external - to ensure consistent and effective development of all levels of leadership and coaching
  • Set the path to success: Participate and lead the ongoing development of each team; oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions
  • Impact the bottom line: Focus on consistency and quality of all coaching interactions, developing individual and collective development plans and ensuring ongoing accountability of key influencers and stakeholders
  • Take the lead: Collaborate with training manager to ensure that training is consistent with the organizations priorities and changing needs; maintain a contemporary knowledge of new processes, products and capabilities; manage the timely scheduling and delivery of new hire and on floor

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements: 2+ years of Training experience in a contact center; Experience in Quality management preferable

  • Be able to work in MS Office applications
  • Have good exposure to Six Sigma concepts
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
