Responsibilities

  • Take the lead: Monitor and control multiple scrum teams; track people and project progress
  • Impact the bottom line: Drive efficiency across teams; support process improvements that develop, sustain, and support activities
  • Support the team: Work to resolve technical issues and to create and implement projects; provide technical guidance and support to the associate software engineers
  • Set the path to success: Work with product owners and business stakeholders to understand product requirements; translate requirements and vision into an executable timeline

Qualifications

Education Requirements: B.E / B. Tech / M.C.A

Experience Requirements: 13+ years’ experience; experience in managing more than one project technically; 3 years of solution preparation experience;  experience in Technical Architecture; experience in preparation of class diagrams, sequence diagrams

Certification Requirements: Technical Certifications; SCRUM/PMP certifications is a plus

 

To succeed in this position, you must:

 

  • Have strong Database SQL Skills
  • Have the ability to lead the projects architecturally
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan, TFS
  • Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements
  • Have the ability to perform root cause analysis for technical changes
  • Have excellent skills in tracking and developing design and architecture documents
  • Be efficient in finding strategies to streamline efforts and successfully complete tasks on time
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Have excellent knowledge of U.S Healthcare domain; Electronic Health Records, Practice Management, RCMS, Medical Coding with provider and payer knowledge
  • Have excellent knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, LinQ, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, SSRS, SSIS, ETL Tools
