  • Represent Sutherland: Contribute and present information to clients during reviews and meetings
  • Improve workflow: Work with management to assess current processes; ensure processes generate measurable operational and financial benefits
  • Impact the bottom line: Perform extensive data mining and analysis to identify root causes of issues; develop and evaluate appropriate action plans
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
  • Take the lead: Lead cross-functional teams in implementing initiatives and achieving objectives; develop and institutionalize financial models, analyses, key business metrics; identify, assess, value and prioritize current and emerging product portfolio and other business initiatives; prepare periodic detailed reports with analytics; ensure financial porting of the business performance is accurate and timely


Education Requirements: Chartered Accountant

Experience Requirements: 6 - 8 years of experience; Preferably from a similar industry and not a captive with financial management and analytical experience, including financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting


To succeed in this position, you must:


  • Be able to work in MS Office
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Have the ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Be able to possess a strong combination of business acumen, strong financial & analytical, project/process management
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
