  • Promote an open-door policy: Remain available to the team and encourage a collaborative environment
  • Take the lead: Establish and execute HR strategies to address challenges with performance and employee retention and engagement
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Measure and monitor existing policies and procedures; maintain employee files and high degree of confidentiality
  • Shape workplace culture: Offer support, boost engagement, and inspire positive attitudes; promote our Extra Mile and Platinum Awards programs
  • Strengthen relationships: Interface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems; Create sustainable solutions to individual employee challenges; professionally and accurately responds to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes


Education Requirements: Graduate

Experience Requirements: 1-2 years’ Operations experience

  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be highly organized and able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Have ability to manage employee changes, special pays, employee updates, tuition reimbursement requests and running reports
  • Have basic knowledge of various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures
