  • Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports
  • Impact the bottom line: Coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics
  • Set the path to success: Oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions
  • Empower the workforce: Create, facilitate, and/or revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations


Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements: experience in Training


To succeed in this position, you must:


  • Be proficient with MS Office applications
  • Have good exposure to Six Sigma concepts
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have demonstrated Customer service skills
  • Have good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
