Responsibilities

  • Take the lead: Maintain service levels within the prescribed targets
  • Recruit top talent: Coordinate and conduct interviews for new candidates
  • Keep management updated: Prepare staff progress and productivity reports
  • Impact the bottom line: Oversee workforce trends and forecasts; work with HR to ensure adequate staffing
  • Ensure success: Oversee customer satisfaction and quality metrics; ensure metrics are met and maintained at a high standard
  • Influence the lives of others: Develop, train, and manage team members; review team member performance and discuss areas of improvement and excellence
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and vendors; provide information regarding performance and progress and proactively manages client escalations
  • Keep morale high: Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognitions; supervise staff training, motivational and incentive programs, and adherence to personnel policies and standards

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream

Experience Requirements: People Management Experience

 

To succeed in this position, you must:

 

  • Have excellent people management skills
  • Have excellent understanding of MS Office applications
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
