Responsibilities

  • Set the path to success: Participate and lead the ongoing development of each team
  • Empower the workforce: Create, facilitate, and revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
  • Define Sutherland’s reputation: Drive the partnerships of our clients - both internal and external - to ensure consistent and effective development of all levels of leadership and coaching
  • Impact the bottom line: Focus on consistency and quality of all coaching interactions, developing individual and collective development plans and ensuring ongoing accountability of key influencers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements: experience in Training

 

To succeed in this position, you must:

 

  • Be proficient with MS Office applications
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have demonstrated Customer service skills
  • Have good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
