Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an Associate Manager - Deal Desk Ops. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals.   • Risk Management: Setup and maintain trade off list during negotiation phase
  • Support the team: Assisting and providing support to the entire Contract Management team
  • Define Sutherland’s reputation: Maintain relationship with client to ensure needs and expectations are met
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Impact the bottom line: Ensure that the SGS standard contract templates and guidelines are utilized to the extent possible to assure optimal commercial and financial KPIs


Education Requirements: Graduate

Experience Requirements: Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, preferably in the IT / ITES / Telecommunication industry

  • Have excellent understanding of contractual conditions
  • Be able to understand risk managed commercial models
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and documentation work
  • Have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of legal concepts
  • Be reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities
  • Have good customer relationship skills and solid contractual knowledge
  • Have strong knowledge of contract documentation and implementation
  • Have sound knowledge and understanding of legal and contractual functions
  • Be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office applications; all risk and assumptions, promises and commitments
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Have ability to reach across several cultural and time zones in an constant virtual environment to work collegially and effectively
