Responsibilities

  • Take the lead: Manage the expenditure within the process Transition, ensure all costs are recorded against products and services delivered; manage wider transition team involve additional project management resources; Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations; Support the PMO in framing intelligent solutions/transition plans for multiple RFP’s responses
  • Drive Sutherland forward: Partner with clients and business/functional owners to successfully implement new business into our contact centers
  • Impact the bottom line: Own the implementation from initiation through post-launch handoff to steady state Operation Teams

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Project Management, or other relevant field

Experience Requirements: Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management for the introduction of outsourcing or managed support services, specific examples include, complex non-voice projects, voice/call center projects, collections etc.; Experience of managing, direct or matrix, project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to a process Transition; Commercial experience in the management of projects to budgetary constraints

Certification Requirements: PMP & Six Sigma certification or higher recommended; PMP or Prince 2 certification recommended

  • Have knowledge of US healthcare
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements
  • Have strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships
  • Have Commercial experience in the management of projects to budgetary constraints
  • Be a strong leader; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have proven project management skills; be able to manage project teams to execute on key deliverables within agreed upon timelines
  • Have strong communication skills; be able to communicate confidently and effectively from Team Manager up through Executive level contacts
