  • Take the lead: Provide insight into campaign and proposal generations
  • Track Sutherland’s success: Oversee sales activity information and data
  • Represent Sutherland: Contribute and present information to clients during reviews and meetings
  • Impact the bottom line: Perform extensive data mining and analysis to identify root causes of issues; develop and evaluate appropriate action plans
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
  • Grow the company: Prospect for opportunities within specific vertical markets and service offerings; generate qualified sales opportunities and coordinate meetings with senior decision makers


Education Requirements: Graduate

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant Business Development experience; Experience in managing meetings for analytics business in US

  • Be able to work in MS Office applications
  • Have Business research and primary research skills
  • Have ability to interact and influence people at all levels
  • Have ability to work under pressure; take quick decisions
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Be comfortable in working in US shift (both east and west coast)
  • Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Have good understanding and experience of handling clients in the analytics domain
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective customers
  • Be persuasive in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherland’s products to industry prospects
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
