Operations - Project Manager

  • Control risk: Perform variance analysis and prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, staffing, and resources
  • Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Ensure accuracy: Govern the process for the preparation of the financial forecasts and budgets; identify and quantify risks and opportunities to the company
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Take the lead: Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques


Education Requirements: Gradate

Experience Requirements: 5 years of Project management experience with implementation and stake holders management skills


To succeed in this position, you must:


  • Be PM certified
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Be familiar with GST/VAT and business tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
