Responsibilities

  • Take the lead: Lead cross-functional teams in implementing initiatives and achieving objectives
  • Represent Sutherland: Contribute and present information to clients during reviews and meetings
  • Improve workflow: Work with management to assess current processes; ensure processes generate measurable operational and financial benefits
  • Impact the bottom line: Perform extensive data mining and analysis to identify root causes of issues; develop and evaluate appropriate action plans
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Graduate

Experience Requirements: Business research experience

 

To succeed in this position, you must:

 

  • Be able to work in MS Office applications
  • Have Business research and primary research skills
  • Have ability to interact and influence people at all levels
  • Have ability to work under pressure; take quick decisions
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Have good knowledge of SQL, MS-Access, Visual Basic & Macros is preferable
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Have In-depth knowledge on Excel-Usage of Pivot Table, Mathematical Calculations, What if & Sum if Functions
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
