Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers queries mainly via email
  • Educate customers on the troubleshooting processes
  • Identify and analyze player`s needs to create the best resolution for them
  • Impact the improvement of the customer support process
  • Identify, research and resolve Customer issues / requests as trained
  • Alert Team Manager of trends and technical problems
  • Meet client contractual goals and metrics while providing excellent service
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Follow assigned schedule and adhere to attendance policy
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • German or Russian and English
  • Experience in computer technical support preferably on Apple and Google products
  • Telemarketing or Telesales experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Ability to document incidents in English
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting methodology
  • Ability to identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs
  • A deep passion for video gaming, specifically mobile games; previous mobile support gaming experience preferred
