The Global Human Resources Services (GHRS) Center – EMEA is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide HR processes and technology to manage specific administrative functions within a centralized contact and service center serving approximately 3000 Sutherland employees. The HR Representative serves as first point of contact for employee/manager assistance and information. Obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures. This function works closely with the various HR teams, employees and managers. This position also supports the department in the administration of assigned transactional work.
