The Global Human Resources Services (GHRS) Center – EMEA is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide HR processes and technology to manage specific administrative functions within a centralized contact and service center serving approximately 3000 Sutherland employees. The HR Specialist serves as subject matter expert on compensation inquiries for employee and manager guidance. Obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures. This function works closely with the Centers of Expertise, Employee Relations, HRBPs, employees and managers. This position also supports the department in the administration of assigned transactional work.
