Responsibilities

  • Keep things balanced: Oversee month-end activities related to balance sheet reconciliations
  • Impact the bottom line: Perform various data analysis, forecasting and Budgeting - P&L, B/S & CF
  • Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports
  • Support the team: Maintain various dashboards to highlight business performance through operational metrics & financial analysis
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Qualifications

Education Requirements: CA/CWA/MBA

Experience Requirements: CA - 6 to 8 years’ post qualification experience; CWA/MBA with FP&A background - 10 years’ of experience; experience in working with KPIs, strategies and business cases

 

To succeed in this position, you must:

 

  • Be able to work in MS Office applications (excel/ppt/access & macros)
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Be reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities
  • Be familiar with GST/VAT and business tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
