  • Help others: Provide continuous support to the developed applications
  • Support the team: Maintain the code base for the projects that are assigned
  • Keep management updated: Communicate to your peers and managers promptly as and when required.
  • Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Enable the workforce: Develop web applications using .net technologies; work on bug fixes/issues that arise in the production environment and resolve them at the earliest


Education Requirements: BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/ME/MCA

Experience Requirements: Expertise in SQL + Excel


To succeed in this position, you must:


  • Have strong hands on expertise in SQL + Excel
  • Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Have good knowledge of Healthcare and Health Insurance industry
  • Have strong knowledge to run BI tools (like Cognos, Tableau, etc)
  • Be reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities
  • Be able to articulate clearly the business value from the Analytics output
  • Be able to communicate in layman terms the story and insights from the data
  • Be able to work and collaborate with team members from various other functions
  • Be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Be able to understand the business objective to map out the data requirements + the analytics efforts
  • Have familiarity with big data tools and platforms (such as Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, MAPR, etc.) and NLP toolkit
  • Have knowledge of building predictive models and validating them for selection of the best model to deploy
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Have knowledge of integrating data from a variety of sources and able to look for opportunities to generate insights
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have excellent knowledge of one or more statistical programming language is must (preferably open source languages R or Python)
  • Be familiar with concepts like Regression, Decision Trees, Support Vector Machines, Neural nets, Time Series Forecasting, Clustering
  • Have excellent knowledge of R, Python, Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Pig, Imphala, Spark, Sqoop), SQL, Visualisation tool(Tableau, High Chart, PowerBI)
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, constructive, and professional manner to non-technical users
