Responsibilities

  • Shape workplace culture: Offer support, boost engagement, and inspire positive attitudes
  • Build the company: Seek, develop, and maintain relationships with potential, current, and future clients
  • Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Keep Sutherland grounded: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
  • Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Take the lead: Design and maintain databases; file and retrieve documents and reference materials; conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents; review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
