  • Drive Sutherland forward: Oversee and build detailed program and project plans
  • Set the path to success: Monitor, publish, and implement change control; highlight commercial deviations during the transition phase of a project
  • Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Take the lead: Oversee program and project transitions; manage communication with project management resources, third party supplies, account management, sales teams, and client stakeholders


Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree a plus

Experience Requirements: 5-7 years’ experience in different vertical market segments such as telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, etc.; 3+ years’ experience in managing project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams; experience in managing IT, telecommunications, and application development projects; Transition experience; consulting experience is a plus

Certification Requirements: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP); Six Sigma Green Belt

  • Be experienced in using project management tools; MS Project
  • Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements

  • Have ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence
  • Have ability to execute a variety of projects across multiple geographies and business cultures
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
