Responsibilities

  • Represent Sutherland: Contribute and present information to clients during reviews and meetings
  • Impact the bottom line: Perform extensive data mining and analysis to identify root causes of issues; develop and evaluate appropriate action plans
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Keep Sutherland aligned: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
  • Take the lead: Manage and enhance prospect database with continuous research; manage end-to-end projects; extract and analyze business information and synthesize findings into analysis
  • Grow the company: Prospect for opportunities within specific vertical markets and service offerings; generate qualified sales opportunities and coordinate meetings with senior decision makers

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Graduate

  • Have good economic and financial analysis skills
  • Have excellent search and primary research skills
  • Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
